House Rules
- Check-in from 15:00–19:00 (later check-in on request); check-out by 10:00 (self check-in info provided before arrival)
- No smoking, no parties, no pets
- Quiet hours: 22:00–07:00
- Please remove outdoor shoes inside; recycle using the provided bins
- Maximum occupancy: 2 guests
Parking
- Private outdoor parking nearby on request (CHF 5/day, reservation required)
- Public car parks in the village from approx. CHF 14/day or CHF 70/week
- You may unload at Haus Olympia and then park in a nearby car park

- By train/bus (SBB): via Leuk (SBB) → bus to Leukerbad, short walk to the apartment

While every effort will be made to provide the apartment and facilities as described, no guarantee can be given that all services and amenities will always be available without interruption.

- Travel insurance
- Personal expenses, meals and drinks
- Services not mentioned in the description
Prices
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in government regulations, local taxes, or unforeseen circumstances.

We cannot accept responsibility or liability for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by acts of God, weather, traffic, strikes, technical failures or other unforeseen events. Additional expenses or loss of holiday time incurred as a result remain the guest’s responsibility. We reserve the right to amend arrangements if necessary, always with the guest’s best interest in mind.
