Kiulu Cycling & Rafting Adventure – Day Trip
Explore Kiulu’s countryside by bike and end the day with a rafting adventure. Cycle through villages, farms and suspension bridges before paddling down the cool rapids of the Kiulu River.
Itinerary
- 0800–0830 hrs – Hotel Pick-up: Transfer from Kota Kinabalu (approx. 1 hr 15 min drive) to Kiulu. Bike fitting, gear-up and safety briefing.
- Morning Cycling: 10 km leisure ride through villages, fruit farms and rubber plantations. Cross up to four suspension bridges, enjoy local refreshments and delicacies at a village house, and visit a farm to learn rubber tapping.
- Lunch: Served by the riverside after the cycling adventure.
- Afternoon Rafting: 1400 hrs – safety briefing by professional guides, followed by 1–1.5 hrs rafting on Grade I–II rapids. Clean up and change before return transfer.
- Return: Transfer back to Kota Kinabalu. Estimated arrival 1600–1700 hrs.
