Check-in & House Rules
- Check-in from 15:00–19:00 (later check-in on request); check-out by 10:00
- Self check-in with lockbox – code will be sent via WhatsApp/email on arrival day
- No smoking, no parties, no pets
- Quiet hours: 22:00–07:00
- Please remove outdoor shoes inside & use recycling bins provided
- Maximum occupancy: 2 guests

Guest Card LBC+
With your stay, you will receive the LBC+ Guest Card. It includes free access to Sportarena facilities (incl. beginner’s ski area in winter), local Ring-Jet buses, plus discounts for cable cars and thermal baths. We will request your full name and date of birth in advance to arrange the card.
Apartment & Facilities
- Wi-Fi: Internet box under the TV. Switch on with remote. Login details provided in apartment.
- TV/Radio: Use Samsung remote, many channels available.
- Ski Room: Next to garage door – please leave ski/snowboard gear there.
- Bed & Linen: Sofa bed folds out easily. Fresh linens, duvets, pillows & towels are provided.
- Waste: General waste → large bin opposite house. Recycling (glass, paper, cardboard) → near Bäckerei La Bohème.
Kitchen & Local Treats
- Well-equipped kitchen with basic staples (spices, oils, pasta, rice).
- Fondue set & balcony grill available – please clean after use.
- Order fondue cheese, raclette or local specialties from Alti-Molkerei (+41 27 470 30 30). Order before 17:00 for evening delivery.
- Fresh bread & croissants at Bäckerei La Bohème opposite Haus Olympia (pre-order before 17:00 for next morning pick-up).
Parking
- Private outdoor parking nearby on request (CHF 5/day, reservation required).
- Public parking houses in the village: approx. CHF 14/day or CHF 70/week.
- You may unload luggage at Haus Olympia and then park in a nearby car park.

- Hiking: Gemmi Pass, Torrent trails, Albinen ladders (seasonal)

Fire Safety
- Fire blanket is located in the kitchen (bottom drawer next to refrigerator).
- In case of fire, leave the building immediately and call 118.
