Kinabalu Park & Poring Hot Springs Day Trip

Experience Sabah’s UNESCO World Heritage Site on a full-day excursion to Kinabalu Park and the Poring Hot Springs. From breathtaking mountain views to canopy walks and warm sulphur baths, this day trip combines nature, culture and relaxation.

Itinerary

08:00 am – Pick up from hotel or Kota Kinabalu Airport.
2.5-hour scenic drive along the Crocker Range, with a stop at Nabalu Handicraft Market for souvenirs and panoramic views of Mount Kinabalu (weather permitting).
Visit Kinabalu Park at 1,560m – explore the Natural History Gallery and enjoy short trails in the cool highland atmosphere.
Continue 50 minutes to Poring Hot Springs.
Leisure walk to the Canopy Walkway (41m above ground) for a unique treetop perspective.
Option to soak in the open-air sulphur spring bathtubs.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon transfer back to Kota Kinabalu City.
Estimated arrival at hotel: 5:30 pm.
